Rhonda Woodward
Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher.

After practicing yoga for 10 years, Rhonda pursued certification in the Kripalu tradition because of its philosophy of fostering balance on and off the mat.  She becomes aware of her students' needs so that she knows when to offer a modification, an assist, encouragement to find one's edge, or, simply, quiet guidance.  In seeking balance in her own life, she is a mother, poet, volunteer, and book discussion group facilitator.  The most recent fusion of her various interests involved providing "Yoga Enrichment" to middle school children at Chester Academy.  Rhonda has also completed the YogaEd course presented at the Kripalu Center.
