Bob is a Kripalu certified Yoga teacher with 10 years experience teaching and 12 years of practicing yoga. Bob has also studied Ashtanga yoga and vinyasa power Yoga at Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. He has also trained with Ann Greene, Todd Norian, Rolf Gates and others. Bob teaches at Holy Family Hospital, Gillette, and Wyeth . Bob believes strongly in the Kripalu idea of 'Meditation in Motion'. The steady flow of energy and breath to bring relaxation, health, and peacefulness.

Ilene is a well seasoned Kripalu Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. As a teacher, she brings her intuition and joy of Yoga to each class while creating a safe space for her students and clients to explore the authentic self, encouraging them to find the teacher within - to learn, thrive and grow. Ilene combines blended teaching styles infusing Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Pilates while encompassing the compassion of the Kripalu Tradition enabling a Yoga practice to meet each individuals needs. Ilene has has also completed the YogaED course presented at the Kripalu Center.
Kristin is certified Kripalu Yoga instructor trained in the
teachings and methodologies of the Kripalu
Center for Yoga and
Health. After 2 years of study with Bob
Gibbs, she decided to pursue her certification in the Kripalu tradition to
enrich her long history of movement arts. Kristin has 17 years of training in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance. Due to a knee injury she yearned for a new
way of moving and quickly fell in love with the art of yoga. She is also known to pick up some pencils and
paints and create colorful dances across sketch pads and canvas. As a yogi-dancer-artist, Kristin believes
that Kripalu Yoga provides a compassionate self-awareness that has allowed her
spirit to dance and bring out the inner dancer in others.
