Daycare is available for the weekday morning classes at Here We Grow Learning Center. The daycare center is located on the first floor right below our yoga studio. Hot Vigorous Yoga class: A vigorous 90 minute workout designed to tone the muscles, develop a deeper feeling for the Yoga postures, and a sense of well being. This class follows many Ashtanga series flows. This class is held in a heated studio. Be prepared to sweat! Bring a large towel.
