Kripalu Yoga class: A 90 minute class that teaches Yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques
Hot Vigorous Yoga class: A vigorous 90 minute workout designed to tone the muscles, develop a deeper feeling for the Yoga postures, and a sense of well being. This class follows many Ashtanga series flows. This class is held in a heated studio. Be prepared to sweat! Bring a large towel.
Walk-in $15.00 per class. This fee will be included into your paid membership, making your first class FREE!
